Your first visit
Visits include history, functional examination, and on-site X-ray. Additional imaging is ordered when needed. You'll leave with a diagnosis, a plan, and — if immobilization is needed — the appropriate splint, boot, or cast the same visit.
Recovery
What healing looks like
Recovery depends on the injury. Simple sprains often resolve in 2–6 weeks with a graded rehab program. Ankle fractures typically require 6–12 weeks of protected weight-bearing followed by rehab. Achilles ruptures are a longer recovery, often 4–6 months or more.
